Hi I'm 5ft 2 and weigh 132lb id like to get down to 117 by august for a holiday. currently goal calories set at 1400 a day. Don't really exercise busy all day moving at work though. Any advice finding it difficult when not much to lose.0 -
Hi, I'm 5ft 6, currently around 148lbs, goal weight is about 130. However according to the scales we have at home my BF % is soooooooo high I'm too embarrassed to post it here - despite having completed the first month of Insanity!!!!0

I'm 5' 2½" and currently 124 lbs. My goal weight is between 110 and 115.
My "forever weight" was 118 (skinny fat) and my "fit weight" was about 115. But I still carried a little bit more fat around my mid-section that I would have wanted, that's why I am thinking 110.

I looked and felt great at 135 last time but had a hard time maintaining it, so I might stop at 140 and see if I can maintain there for a bit before trying to lose the last 5.0 -
I'm 5ft 5 I weigh 146. I've lost 30 lbs I have 12 more to go! I have always been a walkerwalker never liked jogging in fact I hated it. I started the c25k program in March and I can actually jog for 2 miles without stopping. Planning on jogging my 1st 5k June 14. Good luck and keep up the amazing work everybody.0

Bonjour! I'm 5'2 and weigh 135 lbs. Goal is 120. Body fat currently 23% ouch! Used to be 19% but goal is 16%. I'm rather bulky.
Currently using the Isagenix program, works great for cleansing and reducing appwtite. Am insulin resistant, can't eat carbs make me sleepy. Am currently toning up with run/hill walking, riding mountain bike and hiit exercises. Focus and consistency is the key.

I'm 5'5, CW 136, goal 125. I've lost 10 in about a month. The last 10 will be harder. I'm finding success in alternating between Barre3 and cardio. If I get down to 130 and get the lean, mean figure back I'll be (hopefully) ok with that0 -

My CW is 149lbs and I am 5'3. I would like to get to around 135lbs. I have not worked out body fat yet but do have a trainer so will ask. Getting fed up with being told I'm too thin, which is annoying as I am now a UK size 12, down from 18.0
