Should you eat more on exercise days?

Here's a question... should I eat the same amount of food, even on exercise days? The online body fat calculator online, which gives you your food budget, includes your activity level, but if you don't exercise every day, should you hold back on rest days, and eat more on exercise days? If so, how much do you borrow into the exercise days?

I've only been following this for about a month, but I would say listen to your body. Especially if you're doing a high intensity (high calorie burn) workout I would definitely follow it with some protein and then see how you feel the rest of the day. You may be fine making dinner a bit smaller, or you may still need the full portion. My nutrition coach told me today that also a small pre-workout snack like half an apple, or a banana is a good choice for a bump in fiber and vitamins, and a quick hit of (natural) sugar.
