Crossfit
The reason I stumbled upon the zone diet, is because it was suggested by the crossfit training documentation. I still haven't made the jump from standard cardio/strength workouts at the gym, but does anyone else here do crossfit? I really want to start, and there's a gym just two blocks from my house! Eric
How is it going?
Just thought I would check in to see how everyone is doing... Me personally, things got off track last month, but going better now. I have struggled with my hunger/appetite, which is NOT supposed to be an issue in the Zone, but for me it is always a struggle until my hormones/insulin levels get settled in.

Hi, I'm new to mfp, I've had success with the zone diet, right now I'm completely off groove because my dad just died last month after fighting cancer. Now I have to care for myself because as an emotional eater I turned to food for comfort and now am at my heaviest. Would welcome support and motivation.

What is your go to zone meal? Something quick and easy to prepare? Mine is 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 1 cup blueberries, and I sprinkle slivered almonds.
