What is your go to zone meal? Something quick and easy to prepare?
Mine is 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 1 cup blueberries, and I sprinkle slivered almonds.

My favorite snack is 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen) over 1/4 cup cottage cheese, sprinkled with slivered almonds. I usually assemble it in the morning, and then when snack time comes in the afternoon, the blueberries have thawed and are nice and juicy!1

1/2 c lowfat cottage cheese, 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce, 3 whole almonds. This is my breakfast most mornings.0

Easy! I like that!0

My quick snack is usually the appropriate amount of fresh vegetable (usually cucumbers or zuccini) with hummus, and either hard-boiled egg whites or a piece of string cheese. I usually eat a 3-4 block snack0

Easiest and fastest is 3/4 C low-fat (not non-fat) milk. It's what I'll quickly down on the mornings I have CrossFit at 6:15 AM.0
