    If I have to do both, I’ll pick squats (I like deadlifts, and tolerate squats).

    Look at the bar, step two paces backwards, walk forward, then Deadlift.

    If back squats, definitely squats; if front, still probably squats, but I'd have to think harder.

    Back squats are my very favorite.

    I totally get how he rubs some people the wrong way but it seems that eccentricity and genius sometimes go hand in hand. Also, it is not bragging if you can back it up. :smiley:

    I LOVE me some Kanye. I ain't even gonna apologize either. I think he's a musical genius who revolutionized hip hop in a way that we hadn't seen in decades (I'm an old school hip hop classics lover--and current hip hop fan--and he changed the game). I love his persona, too. Can't help myself. I am ambivalent on Kim K. I don't really care much about her either way, not a big reality tv person, but I'm a huge music person, so Yeezy all the weezy baby. ;-)

    And yes, I like the fashion choices he makes too.

    Pfft--BOTH! :wink: One of my fav parts about CF is debating sports or music or pop culture during warm ups. Usually it's over which playlist gets played...I'm for hip hop or pop always. But I often get overruled by the angry music. haha

    SO. MUCH. ANGST. I mean, damn. I thought most people got over that in their teens and 20's. lol The most angst I have these days is hand-wringing over choosing rice crispy treats over lucky charms for my pre-bed snack. haha
