They are not bread or bread like at all. More like kind of a weird pancake... Salty. Etc.
If you want something like bread, I'd try the muffin in a minute recipes (for microwave) and can be adapted to stove/oven...0 -

I think there are also recipes for home made tortillas using almond flour/0 -
I made 12 today in a gem tin (a lot more shallow than a muffin tin) and sprinkled grated colby cheese on top of them for the last 10 minutes. Yummy!0
