Can't understand it. I have been sticking to 1200 calories a day. I have gone to zumba 3x this week. I have walked 3 miles. I have gone to a toning class. and I only lost .4 lb. Any suggestions?
I also have been drinking my water. But exercising like crazy. I need motivation.
With all that exercise - maybe you should up your calories to 1400. I tried that and it worked for me. Make sure the 200 new calories are a bit of protein and vegetables. it is worth a try for a week or two.

Trying to get my exercise in everyday is tricky, but I'm trying to stay motivated. I was looking into doing a tea detox in addition to eating less and exercising.... Has anyone ever done a tea-tox? Is it worth it? I would love to get rid of bloating around my waist.0

I did that when I first started C25K. Your body has to get used to a new exercise routine. Right now you're probably retaining more water for muscle repairs. I was getting really discouraged about it, too, but started measuring. I only lost about 1 pound in a week, but I lost a total of 11.5 cm. I really didn't want to see how big the numbers on the measuring tape would be, but it's amazing to see those numbers going down when the ones on the scale aren't moving!0 -

I know this doesn't look good, but I put in my start weight the day we left for vacation. I gained 10Lbs that week. Took hard work this past week getting back on track and busting my butt. I lost it all except for that straggler pound. Remind me never to do that again.0 -

I ate pretty freely while off work and at home on Spring Break and bloated quite nicely. I was actually up to 187 at one point. I'll take the 185.5 and continue heading in the right direction. I know, while I was over, I was not over enough to gain actual pounds. I just need to get the sodium and water weight out and get back to where I need to be. Looking forward to a great loss next week!!!0 -
Surprisingly, despite the week I had at the Texas Roadhouse, Cold Stone Creamery, and making cinnamon and caramel rolls for the pot luck dinner yesterday, I weigh 197.2, down 2.6 net pounds for the week! I couldn't be happier!0
