Need advice

Mother of two both csections been 3 years now since my last child, need help is there any suggestions what has worked best for the midsection! I'm struggling getting it off most.

Cardio and more cardio, lol. But seriously, when I started to focus on high-intensity interval training and wasn't focusing on my mid-section was when I saw the best results. Full body workouts worked better than doing a bunch of sit-ups and crunches....for me at least. Things like burpees and planks.0
