Hi I'm new here and I was wondering if anyone could look over my diary and tell me if I'm doing anything wrong. I'm trying to lose a few pounds and I want to do everything right

A more experienced member would be able to get a better idea from your diary. I can tell you that cheat days are a big no no, they're often painful and make many of us feel ill. They'll also knock you out of keto usually. Some people have certain foods or occasions that are worth it though. Like sushi, or a birthday.0

Your diary seems blocked. But cheatdays should be few and far between. Usually come planned, like social functions you cannot avoid.0

Hi there, I just took a peek at your diary for this week. Here's what I suggest. Please eat more calories and fat. Your fat is too low and your protein is too high. Your macros should look more like this: 70% fat / 25% protein / 5% carbs - So something like 115 grams of fat and 65 grams of protein, etc.

I agree...you need to increase your fat intake and lower your protein a bit. The above keto calculators will help you with your macros.0
