maintaining at 1688

so for the past 2 weeks i have been at 1688 and slowly increased from 1200 to get here and i havn't lost just been maintaining now at 148. does my allowance need recalculating?
weight - 148
height 5ft
activity - 3 kids, cleaning daily for an hour a time and zumba 5 times a week 20-40 minutes which has increased since last week as i wanted to do this slowly.

I just added your stats into Scooby's Workshop calculator and I came up with:
Moderate exercise (3-5 hrs) - TDEE 2223 calories, -15% 1889 calories
Strenuous exercise (5-6 hrs) - TDEE 2474 calories, -15% 2103 calories
I believe that you should add 100 calories per day for the next week and then bump up your calories again for the following week.

Yes, I've replied to your different posts a couple of times now that you do need to increase calories. You are not light activity, but at least moderate. If you've increased your zumba up to 40 minutes, you are probably strenuous. You don't need to eat less, but more.0
