i totally forgot to change the male female thing on scooby so i have been eating over? oh wow. i put in 1-3 hours of light activity based on 20 minute sessions of zumba 5 times per week and any extra i eat the calories back based on HRM. i clean the house for 60 minutes 3 times a week and have 3 children and a desk job for 6-8 hours per day. so i thought light activity would fit best? i did not change the male female setting so its now calculated stats
height 152cm
weight 148lbs
bmr 1326
TDEE 1824
calories on 15% reduction 1550

It's not that much of a difference, so don't worry about eating over too much. I'm sure you didn't gain. I would say you are moderate activity, not light though.

OK, I just saw this post! You have a lot of different posts happening bc I just replied to one of your others! Glad to see that you will try increasing your cals a bit more. I think you'll get much better results doing this. Eating more is always a good thing! :)
