I have to stay Focused, need MFP friends who will keep me accountable

My goal is to lose this baby weight once and for all. I am done having children and there are no more excuses. I have a wobderful friend who keeps me encouraged, but I need more friends to keep me accountable and encouraged.

    Well you are definitely like me I had 2 already then a special package of two in 2013. So no more excuses, I need me back.

    I too am in need of support and friends. I'M 64 and it's much harder at an older age to loose weight. Having MFP to focus on instead of food is a help.
