Up 1/2lb!! UGH! Well after the week and weekend I had, believe me it could/should have been worse. I believe on back on track in my head and planning.

Lois, you're not alone! I remembered to weigh yesterday morning before I got dressed, but then I had major connection issues with my work yesterday and spent the entire day almost on the phone with IT people. I was not able to actually work until 4 p.m. And this is going on while we're being deluged with work related to our campaign. So I'm still working 12+ high stress hours a day, and dealing with family issues at night. Hopefully, this too will pass. I have managed to walk the past two nights with my walking buddy, but that has meant dinner at 9 p.m. Eventually, I hope to be able to implement a healthier lifestyle again.

It will be nice when everyone's schedule is back to normal so that there's more conversation on the threads. I miss hearing from folks.

Whatever... lol I can't say I'm surprised, as I haven't been paying attention to what I'm eating all the time, nor have a cared much. Trying to start over again today... we'll see how that goes.

I weighed in but am having a really tough time getting any opportunity to get on the computer. Having a great time with mom and she is the priority right now... I take her back on Saturday and then the next week, we should start the month fully staffed. It's been at least 9 mos since we were fully staffed and we are all tired- very tired. Hopefully the new gal will be quick to learn her job and we can all get back to our normal jobs. It will feel like we are loafing I think, LOL.
Anyways, I need to get off of here... Sarah, congrats on your loss, Kelly, hang in there. It might not have been a loss for you but .2 lb gain could just be a variation on your scale or the need to urinate.

Glad to hear that things are going back to normal for you, Light. I've been putting in 60-65 hours a week since the new campaign started, but hope the volume of work will get a little lighter soon.
I did not get in much activity this weekend because of back pain. I think I pulled something doing volunteer work on Friday night. We went to a craft fair on Saturday, and between my back and my knee, walking around the fair grounds was difficult. Hubby commented that he had never seen me limping before, but I just couldn't keep a totally normal gait. So I didn't try pounding on asphalt or mall floors. I hope the combination of no walking and an anniversary party with foods that I normally don't eat won't send my weight up too much.0 -
Oh Ladies, we've got to find our groove again. I know I am having challenges. Dag Nab I'm trying everything to stay on the straight and narrow. I hiked almost every night last week and for whatever reason, I'm so very hungry the day after. I measure out my water and I am drinking 34+ oz during the 3 mile hike followed by 20 oz on the drive home and then another 40+. I am a HUGE water drinker (110+ oz a day, not including what I drink when I hike). I don't believe my hunger is being driven by dehydration. I successfully prepared my breakfasts and lunches for the week. i bought some frozen tilapia to grill with the delectable veggies I grilled last night. Working very hard to stay on program!

Congratulations Light and Sarah on the losses! Lois, your photo made me hungry! That looks delicious. You're doing so great . . . back to back wins with step challenges, drinking lots of water, healthy food prep !! Just keep it up and I'm sure you'll see the rewards on the scale.
I've been out of town, then sick, then company here for the weekend! Whew! It's funny that sitting in a car and cooking meals tires me out much more than working out does, ha ha!
My weigh in day is tomorrow. I'll be back . . .0
