    I've been using my Charge HR for a few weeks now and love it! I'm just curious on how MFP calculates the daily fitbit calorie adjustment. Any thoughts that may help me understand?

    Hello! I just added my fitness pal and am using it along with my Fitbit. I have a Charge HR and also a Flex. I started out with the Flex and a few weeks later, I upgraded. I am just learning how to navigate around here, so having an area to ask questions and read up on things is wonderful. Nice to meet ya'll! :)

    Hello, I just got one a week ago and so far I'm liking it but I've had to charge it 3 times so far. I thought you only had to charge it once every 5 days and I'm having to charge mine every other day. Am I missing something? Granted I don't let it get down to below medium so maybe I should see how long it takes to get from medium to low. Does it let you know when you need a charge?

    Hi, I'm new to FitBit and fairly new to MFP. My hubby (and son) got me the Charge HR as an early Anniversary / Mother's Day Gift this afternoon. I've had it on for just a couple of hours now and figuring it out. We also just purchased a treadmill. My long-term goal is to loose about 75 lbs. I'm looking for friends...     That's a function for them to get email addresses off you and spam your friends.

    Recommend don't do it.

    Just invite ones, as you see ones doing here.

    My son gave me mine for Christmas. I have not taken mine off since except to shower. I sit a lot at work and this keeps me walking before, in between and after.
