Hey all,

Same as always, weigh in thread for this week :)

Initial weigh ins were set as week one on here so this is actually our eighth week of this group, so you can look to see if you made your week eight goals :)

I just about managed to reach mine, could've been doing a lot better if I hadn't had such a terrible easter (food wise) but oh well, all I can do now is make sure my last 4 weeks are my best 4 and see how well I can finish

    It's a race to the finish, and let's kick some serious *kitten* folks!!

    I'm going to stay away from the scale the next couple weeks, so keep me at the same weight. I'm fairly certain I won't hit the 190 mark, as I'm eating a lot and lifting heavy 3x's a week. I'm seeing the results with measurements, however not so much with the scale.

    190.4 - Hit a plateau for the past two weeks and had a really hard time loosing anything. Hopefully this will pass soon and I can get back on track!

    My target was 189 so doing fine so far.
