From 50 to 49 kg I am used to weigh in kgs but since the loss seems greater in lbs, I also weigh in pounds now hehe so from 110 to 107.8 on..that's 2.2 lbs loss for me this week..considering that I only have short walks for exercise the past week, it's a pretty good progress for me0

I have not been doing very good with healthy eating, I'm staying under my calorie goal (most days) but not necessarily with healthy food choices. I'm such an emotional eater, so when I get stressed out taking care of my 5 kids I just want sweets. I really need to find a different outlet for my stress relief.... Maybe more exercising. On the days I do work out, I kill it! Zumba for 45 mins, plus sit ups. I just need to try to do that 6 days a week and the scale should start moving more.0 -

Back on track. I started at 199.8 on 4/11 (my first day here) and was 196 this morning. And this was after the Texas Roadhouse, Cold Stone Creamery, and making about four dozen cinnamon- and caramel rolls (taste testing, of course). I'm shocked and happy!0

I've been managing to keep just under my calories, and the problem with cheat meal overeating I had last weekend I didn't have this weekend, though a few times I came close to overeating (at least I thought so until I entered my calories for the day lol) Suffice it to say I did even better on my second week then on my first week in some ways, I'm so slaying this challenge!0 -
