Does anyone use a Vitamix to get vegetables in? I'm thinking I could use mine with some pea protein powder and maybe almond milk to make a smoothie or green drink. That way I would be getting protein, fluids and plant based vitamins, as well as fiber. Would love to know if this worked for anyone and would appreciate recipe suggestions.

Smoothies are very healthy as long as they aren't mostly fruit. You can find lots of recipes online. Try some with coconut water0

I want to tack on to this question and ask about juicing. I have a juicer at home - does anyone regularly use one? Is there a downside to juicing your veggies for fluid intake?0

You don't get as much fiber in juicing0

I don't have a vitamix, but I do use a nutribullet and like it a great deal.0
