I wasn't able to get my exercise in again. I have been fighting a bug. My carbs were slightly over too.

Im having a veggie juice for breakfast, and afternoon snack.
Trying to keep all my other main meals as organic and homemade as I can. I need texture on my plate.

@R_Queenie fabulous progress on hitting 7 days, it seems a few of us are having 'one of those' months. But we've had them before, survived and grown (hopefully in the right direction) from it!,

Hubby's car was in the shop for tires then a timing belt so lots of walking for me. He can take me to work in the morning, but I walked to the tire shop.one afternoon and home twice this week. I don't mind the walking as much as the $750 price tag....0 -

Well done Queenie for breaking through that 7 barrier.
I think it's fab that we red day folks keep turning up. I know the 'old' me would have sworn, had a tantrum and thrown in the towel saying "what's the point, I've failed!!!" Kudos to each and every one of us. This kind of determination means that green days are just round the corner.

I'm not sure if I went over yesterday or not, but I aired on the side of caution. I wasn't sure about that peanut butter pie I devoured. I came in under today though. I did a little light exercises both days.

The work week was very long, odd hours, and the beginning of a walking / healthy eating program that is nice but making 2 of my days even longer. I am so in need of a easy going weekend!!!
