    I'm 5'9" and my starting weight was 160. I weighed 142 when I got married 1 1/2 years ago. I want to loose everything I gained, and then some, maintaining around 135. CW 157.
  • I am 5'4", and I've actually hit a plateau. My current weight tends to be around 138 to 141 lbs. I've been on this plateau for more than a month, and I'm just trying to shake it! I don't have a particular goal weight in mind because I'll be happy once I reach 130, 125, 120... But once I reach 120 I'll become less serious about losing weight and focused more on eating clean.

    My current weight is 110. Not looking to really lose too much more weight. Maybe a couple of pounds. Height is 5'1". I want to tone my body more and make it lean. When you are short like me, every little bit of weight always shows up I the wrong spots...even if you are not over weight.

    Hey yall!
    I'm just getting back into my fitness, I've been on a 3 year "do what I want diet" lol
    Im 5'1" and weighing in at 150lb
    My goal weight is 120lb
    I know most women my height shoot for a lower goal weight but I have a curvy body shape, I carry majority of my weight in my bum and thighs, I have a small waist, bigger boobs and I carry extra weight in my upper arms so being realistic with my body shape I think 120lbs is perfect to maintain healthy curves
    As far as body fat, I have no idea where I'm at and what a realistic goal should be, over all my goal is to be tight, toned, able to run a 9min mile, at least 30 push-ups, and get flexible and strong to do those impossible yoga poses

    5'7 and SW 145-150, CW 135, GW 125. I still look squishy at 135 at my current body fat %, but I might go back up later if I get some muscle and end up looking too thin at 125.

    I'm 5'7 with a weight of 135... I'm sort of a cardio bunny and tend to look lanky when I drop too much weight so my goal is to lose the fat where I can and replace it all with muscle... An ending weight of 130-135 would be ideal but a toned 135, not what I have going on now lol ...

    I'm 5'4" starting weight 138. Goal weight is to get back down to 120, where I was a year and a half ago. Prednisone and a medical condition called Polymyalgia Rheumatica wreck havoc! LOL!!

    I'm 5'5" and currently 156 lbs. My goal is to lose 16 lbs. That would put me at 140 lbs, which seems like a lot I'm sure, but thats the weight where I feel good.
    I am similar...I'm 5'6" and my current weight is 157. My goal weight is 140. Honestly, at this point, just get me out of the 150s! I work out a ton, always have. I am embarrassed about myself and am always on a diet! Help!

    I am 5'7.5".
    I currently weigh 135 (I have some pretty soft areas I'm trying to tone being that I'm a spoon shape)
    My goal is 125-127 with a lot of tone. I just ran a 10k and now I'm doing interval training. This food diary is keeping my food intake clean and in proper balance and proportion :0)

    I'm 5'6" with a current weight of 136lbs. The one side of me is telling me I have a goal weight of 129lbs (just so I can say I'm under 130...what the heck is wrong with my head...lol) The other side of me is telling me who cares what you weight...muscle weighs more than fat..

    I have been training/lifting hard over the past couple of years but my eating habits have not always on track.

    I have cleaned up the meal plan over the past few weeks and I will see where that takes me.
