Toning it up

what's everyone doing to tone up? that's my focus. squats, lunges are getting boring....need to shake it up a bit. any other ideas?

    You can look up some programs on youtube. Nerd Fitness has a fun bodyweight workout, as well.

    I'm doing Turbo Fire right now, but in the past have done Insanity and Les Mills Combat, all of which gave me a good workout and some nice definition.

    Try Blogilates on YouTube. She has great lower body toning workouts. She is suuuuuuuperrrrrr perky, so some people can't deal. But I love her --and the incessant talking makes me forget that my legs are on fire so the workouts go by quickly.

    Try Kayla Itsines BBG training guides! They tone you up in 3 months with 30 min circuits 3x a week.

    P90x3 will definitely give you definition. Was just looking at my arms...I can see bicep, delts , and triceps...and I still have 4 weeks left of the program.
