Good morning, everyone! Guess what! It is water wednesday part 3!
Today's challenge: Whenever you feel hungry (outside normal times like lunch or dinner) drink water instead!
Sometimes our bodies say they want one thing but actually mean another. Sometimes hungry pangs aren't for food but for water instead!

Colleen from Pennsylvania I find I constantly have to remind myself to drink water. I try to have a glass at my meal and finish it during the meal and finish another glass after my meal.0
