hi I'm new to this only been doing it a few days but my last 2 days under the nutrition part says 50% carbs and I'm on 72% already for today and that's without dinner! So what am I supposed to do try and Stick under 50% for carbs. Does it matter much if I go over. Thanks

I've been doing MFP for a year and have lost around 40lbs. I honestly have hardly looked at the nutrition stats they give me haha. I've certainly been working on eating better, but I'm pretty much always over on the carbs. All that to say, you can lose weight being over on your carbs, but maybe just be aware of it and take gradual steps to lower carb intake.0
