I'm almost 46 and have spent the past 17 years taking care of everyone except me! I'm looking for some good support to help me reach my goals.

    Me too! 43, g and officially heaviest I have ever been. Busy with home, work, life and kid for the past 15 years of my life. Used to be a fitness and nutrition devotee, active and energetic. Time for a renaissance! ;)
