Calories slowly crept back down. Help!

I started EM2WL last fall and upped my calories from 1500 to 2300-2800 with good results. I lift heavy 5 days a week for 45-60 min and do minimal cardio, maybe an hour per week. But slowly in the past 6 months, my calories have crept back down. I'm hovering around 1700 and not losing weight and only losing strength. I'm back eating around 2200 calories a day and am committed to keeping them up this time. Does it sound like I'm in the right cal range?

Impossible to know, you provide no details to calculate anything.
Because of course your TDEE would lower as your weight lowers, so if that was TDEE and eating level based on 20 lbs heavier - it's wrong now.

And use good averages - really 45 - 60 min each day, or you can get more specific on the time, 3 days is 45, 2 days is 60?0 -
