    I try to stay under 40. It depends what your goals are and where you feel comfortable

    I was netting in the 20-30 range, but a dietician has asked me to net in the 40 -45 range for a few weeks to see if I canbreak this stall.

    Just started net 40 (Atkins 40) right now to lose some weight. How many I do usually depends on my activity level and whether I'm trying to lose, maintain, gain.

    The goal is zero... But I am sure I have not hit that yet. Right now I think I am between 5 and 10 per day. But I am not logging anything so I don't really know. All I know is that I have lost 3.4 lbs in the last 11 days.

    20 is the cap, 5 or under is the goal.

    My goal is currently set to 35, but I'm only strict on net carbs for now. I was set at 40 initially and lost about 20lbs in my first two months.

    0-20 too. Lately those have been total carbs. I've found when I try to do net carbs I 1) cant stay in ketosis, and 2) way overeat crap foods with artificial sweeteners. I wont say never to a Quest bar or such but I am trying to stay away from them.

    20g "gross" (LOL!) carbs ie not net, but sometimes do stray into 30g if my husband is cooking... If I get towards 40g I can feel the difference.
