Does anyone have suggestions of apps that have been helpful to them on this journey?

Apps that have been helpful for me are 1. MFP-logging food, exercise and more. 2. Bariatric Pal (too numerous to list). 3. Bariatric timer-helps with not eating and drinking together and 3. Fitbit App for my Fitbit.

I use MapMyFitness when I exercise. That has been helpful. There is also an app call Restaurant that has hundreds of restaurant menus. That helps when you are eating out and want to know the nutritional value of the foods you may want to eat.

Couch to 5k, Map my fitness and map my walk, fitbit app and of course MFP. I think I will down load the Restaurant app.
