I increased my calories March 9. As of today I have lost 0.4lbs. The scale continues to go up and down the same few pounds. I exercise one hour a day, 5 days a week. I was wondering should I increase, or decrease my calories by 100?
Weight 214.4
Height 5' 6"

Is that 5 hrs a week of walking, or 5 hrs weekly of running as fast as you can?
Extreme example, but obviously a difference in calorie burn which would effect what level you should select.
Also, those levels are only about exercise, what is daily life outside exercise, kids, pets, ect?

Might hone in a bit better using this. Make a copy for yourself in your own drive, or download as Excel.

And are you attempting a reset by eating at estimated TDEE, or going straight to deficit amount?
And was prior eating levels a lot less for a lot longer?
