1 1/2 C frozen Cherries
1/2 milk or alternative
4 pitted dates
1 tablespoon Cocoa nibs (I use two because I love the texture it gives)
Blend in high power blender or blend 1/2 of cherries with regular blender until smooth and continue to add remaining half.

It sounds wonderful. But I dont know if we can get coco nibs in Australia, Might substitue with a small amout of dark chocolate. Thanks for sharing.
