I am looking for some support. I could really use some friends who can help support me and give me the motivation I am lacking. After 20 years, I just quit coaching the youth, and without that daily exercise, I am becoming fat and lazy. This 40's group looks like it could be the answer for me. "Play Ball"

    Hi, welcome! I'm new here too, hopefully we can all inspire each other. Have you thought about joining in a team sport for yourself? Try the local YMCA or your Parks & Rec center.
