    Gratz I lost1.5 this week. Not the 2.0 I target. I eat 800 to 1150 depending on my day so idk what to do caz I don't think I can drop my calories further. I guess more exercise is on my agenda this week.

    CW: 216
    GW; 150..... Seems impossible

    Feisrtchick- we all have good weeks and bad weeks. You can do it. I eat around 1200 but dont eat my extra calories from exercising. 1.5 isnt a bad week- be proud of what you have done!
