    Ha I hit send before I wAs done so I have a wonderful 1 1/2 year old son. I really am trying to get fit for him. I am 176 according to my doctor yesterday (172 on my scale ) my goal is 140-150 on any scale for now. I want to be strong and fit and flexible and just a fun fit mumma. Need as much encouragement as possible. I am addicted to ice cream and candy. There is always candy within 10 feet from my desk at work ahhh

    You can do it! Try to stay away from the ice cream and candy. Drink lots of water. Implement a cardiovascular program (walking or jogging).

    Hi there! I'm new too feel free to add me. I'm also looking for motivation & support. I'm currently in my fourth week of eating healthy & exercising. My advice is to try one new healthy thing each week. Like swapping candy with real fruit. My weakness was bread & I've swapped it out with a daily apple & Vega protein drink.
