was always an athlete but now in college and working, hard to eat well and work out
im starting to run and training to do the warrior dash!! whoo hoo!!!

anyone have advice on scheduling/planning when to eat meals/snacks and how much to eat?

thats my biggest struggle! sometimes i over eat because i'm not sure the next chance i'll have to eat

    I'm a freshman in college and I was 125 before college, but now 140! I used to dance competitively and eat super healthy before college but it's so hard to eat healthy and I miss having dance as a workout! I overeat at all my meals because I sometimes only have an opportunity to have 2 big meals a day! I'm trying to figure this one out too, because I want to get back to the weight I was at before college
