I'm not new to Atkins but I'm starting it again to lose some weight after a carby bulk that went on waaaaay longer than intended because, well, more carbs & food. This time around I'll be doing the new Atkins 40 program instead of Atkins 20 because well, rice & potatoes & mangoes and stuff.
