Ways to motivate?

I've had a bad couple of weeks with allowing myself to eat foods (or meals!) that I shouldn't. I don't do moderation very well, so if I go down, I go down in flames! I'm wondering what kind of motivational tools have worked for you? Like, reminders to stay on track. Do you post pictures/notes to yourself? Anything else? I'm curious about what's worked for other people because I definitely need to do something different!

    My main objective is my health, but I also have a dress I got on a whim that I knew I wouldn't fit in but I hope that maybe someday I will. But that day is still gonna be a ways away

    I journal every day and that really helps. Usually I just write a page or so and focus on issues related to eating, activity, body image, feelings, triggers etc. I have found that when I stick with journaling every night and tracking everything I eat.... I stay on track. I also have weekly incentives and then more long term incentives. Oh, and using my support system is key too.
