So officially finished month one, now moving onto the recovery week! I'm feeling a little tented the skip it and just power through to month two, but I'm guessing Shaun t put the week in for a reason, anyone finished recovery week? Was it worth it?

Today is my last day of recovery week. For me, I started to feel burnt out, so it was nice to have recovery week. The workout was still challenging though so it wasn't a break by any means. I don't know if I'll be able to handle month 2, I might have to break up the workout in 2 parts.0

Hmm, that makes sense, nothing Shaun t does is easy, guess my concern is that I would lose some of the physical gain I achieved in month one by taking a step back for a week. I'll give the recovery week a try, I'm sure my body will appreciate it lol!

My lord, you weren't kidding! Definitely not easy!0

I'm on day four of recovery week right now @sweetaddiction257 ... sitting on the edge of my ottoman watching the Max Interval Circuit video I'll be starting on Monday. Holy Cow! I just saw on the workout calendar the Fit Test is scheduled that day too? My excitement just turned to fear, lol!0

I know it seems super intimidating but I promise you can do it! I didn't think I could do both in the same day but then I told myself if I made it 36 days, then I definitely can conquer this workout! And you just have to stop thinking, and just do it!0

Dont even want to consider month two yet loll, I start on Monday too, but ill just take it one day at a time just like with month one! old luck in your workouts!!!0

I agree 100% @KingsGirl4 ... I don't think, I just do. I honestly believe the mind is a powerful thing! If you tell yourself you can do it, you will do it. I just try to focus on my form & keep up as best as I can. If I need to take a breather, I take one. Then I get right back in there. This next new week, I'll just envision myself in my wedding dress I bought too small. On purpose. That should be plenty motivation, right?0

@sweetaddiction257 I'll let you know how I do Monday
We're in this together now, lol!
