training with an irregular schedule...

So I work shifts 12.5hrs each shift so I don't do any exercise, other than being on my feet the whole time, on those days. I work 3-4 days a week.

How can I workout a training schedule when my free days change each week?

    I'm in the same boat as you are. I work from 6:30p to 6:30A so my off time is sleeping for the next 12.

    Just be more free form with your training schedule. Instead of saying to yourself that you will workout on certain days, make a goal of a certain amount of times per week. Lots of people have varying schedules and do it this way :) If you work 3 days, then you have 4 days off so that's great.
