    Hi, I am 5'4", 29 years old, CW 157, GW 135. I am currenlty doing Whole30, training for a Spartan Sprint and a half marathon.

    Nearly the same as me :) im 5"4 started at 161, now 156. Aiming for "normal" bmi which i think is about 146?
