So happy to have found the group. Helps to avoid the bashing in general! 
I'm new to Paleo, but so far I am liking the way I feel.
One thing I've noticed is with eating whole foods, I need a larger refrigerator!

I second that deep freezer suggestion. If you have a costco near you, go buy one there. Lifetime return policy and they are large and cheap. Sadly I bought mine somewhere else LOL. 0
