Hi everyone,
I'm new to SL 5x5 and will be doing it 2x per week to fit around my ultimate frisbee schedule (i have trouble running fast the day after squatting).
After a couple weeks of figuring out how to do the lifts and generally getting used to barbell lifting, I'm ready to really get on the program.
my most recent lifts were (not all in the same day):
SQ: 125lb
BP: 70 lb (this was pretty hard for me)
Row: 65 lb (this felt easy)
OHP: 50 lb
DL: 100 lb
...all 5x5
I'm looking forward to getting started!!!
