Hello low carb lovers!

I started my keto journey a few weeks ago and feel like I've got a good grip over my nutrition. I've been training in the gym on and off for a couple of years but have decided to take it a little more serious.

I've started to document my progress on instagram and would appreciate any followers, I'm extra motivated right now but every little helps

My goal is to get into good enough shape to hopefully compete in a mens physique competition in around 12 month time.
