Hitting the wall

ive now lost 24lb but have hit the wall. I have another 18lb to go but can't seem to get past the where I am today. I have been losing weight steadily and consistently. I haven't changed my diet or routine but seem to have plateaued.
Anyone else been through this?
Guess I'll have to change my diet and drop my calorie intake or up my exercise routine or both to get things moving again.

It's very common. I'm not sure what you're doing exercise or diet wise but breaking through plateaus is usually accomplished by weighing everything with a digital scale, focusing on macros and changing up the routine a bit. Get some sort of scale movement and tweak the math from there. Be consistent.

That happened to me my first time dieting. I was aiming for 110 and plateaued at 126. I had to exercise more to lose more. I actually signed up to walk a marathon. The training got me going down again. I ended up not doing the marathon because of the money commitment.0

I know it's frustrating isn't it. I have started to up my activity and changed my diet slightly just to shake things up a bit and it seems to be working. I suppose your body starts to get into a routine and needs a kick start occasionally.
Not sure I'm up for a Marathon though but all power to you for training for it. Well done

I suffer from hypothyroidism... Just getting any weight off is a struggle. I find that if I change up my workouts and add intensity it helps. And a week of soups does wonders... Homemade soups. Keep up on the water too.0

Alesaux1867 it takes three weeks of running and workouts for the scale to even start moving for me. It's frustrating.0

My weight has been the same for around a month too but that is probably due to my strength training.0

Not sure this is the best way to get things going but I had a weekend where I had a few different events on and did eat and drink to excess. I had a great time but put a little weight back on. However, after this the weight started to come off again and I have passed the point I was stuck at. It seems my body needed a change in behaviour to kick start it again. All on track again now0
