    Morning!

I ended up doing Chalean Extreme and then a 5K walk after supper. I am happy to see this morning that the weekend gain has disappeared and then some. Motivation! The weather is helping me I know, its been so nice out it just makes you feel good.

Val - I agree on the injury thing, I know there have been times when I've been off from running for a full month with this particular one. Last time only a week. I haven't felt anything in the past few days so i'd like to try today. Hmmmm

Sherry - treadmill running is definitely not the same as running outside, but i do it when I have to. We have one here and I use it a lot in the winter. Good luck!

Marla - good news on the date! It will be here before you know it. Hope your dance went well :)

Laura - hope that your leg is soon on the mend, I didn't realize that it was this serious. :(

I did make it to dance and going again this morning. Darn fans went off at 3am in the orchard, still on. I checkecd the weather and its in the 40's, i thought it only came on in the 30's...ugh!

I am so glad i do nia dance though, the music and steps totally took my stress away yesterday.

    Todays poster is great.

Hope you all have a good day! B)

Love the quote! With the insanity of meetings, parties, get-togethers, and the like over the last week, this week, and next week, my training has kind of been something I just get done when I can. A consistent routine has flown out the window for now until I can get through the next week or two. Then things will calm down immensely and I should be able to get back into a good training regimen. Last night I was so frustrated because by the time we finished everything, it was too late for me to get up early to run or bike this morning....again. I have to remind myself that I'm not a pro, I have a bunch of other responsibilities that I can't shirk. I'm not failing because I'm needing to be a good mommy and wife right now. :)

Today I'll try to get my leg day in at the end of the day so that I at least get something in today. My calories are all out of whack with the jumps and sudden drops in activity. Just hanging on tight for the ride right now!

    Have a great day everyone!

Hi all! Good threadstarter today and I might have to take that to heart this month. Well, DH left and day one is in the books and I'm exhausted. Only got two n half hours of sleep, did school drop off and had to take smthg downtown to DH office for him (w lil girl), then some housecleaning, pickup and tutor drop off, went to gym for front workout and ran back but it was hot so not sure how I'll do tomorrow for my run day. Got the kids home and did some more housework and a really crappy dinner (grilled turkey and cheese) for the kids bc I haven't shopped yet. Friend came to pick up some stuff I'm donating, so at least I got part of the closet cleared out! Yay. Anyway, so sleepy I'm doubt I making any sense. Literally falling asleep typing. Talk to you tomorrow.

    Hang in there Sherry!!

I am feeling punch gutted, girl from construction office called and home we were going to start building in subdivision is delayed and she is not even sure when it will start now!

So while I liked the thread starter of no plan, now that I don't have one at all, trust has gone out the window and I am freaked!!! I know it will work out, just too much stress going on.

I did make it to Nia this morning, was up early because of fans yet again, so I hear ya with lack of sleep..

Meeting a friend for happy hour later while appraisal is done. I need a drink!

I always love reading everyone's posts. This is a great group.

Tuesday my leg felt pretty good. Yesterday it was sore. Today it felt good until my session with Jason where something triggered the pain. Jason is having a hard time understanding why my hamstring cramps from this. The doctor said its normal and happens just because the stress reaction is on the back of the femur. I'll be much happier once I can do non impact activities without pain. Dr said typically after 2 weeks of rest, which would be tomorrow, but it can take up to 3. Not sure if I'm a slow healer or if it's just because I was in so much pain when I started that I've just got more healing to do.
