    23/100 What a beautiful day to take a walk!! I walked 6 miles this morning at the park. It was crisp and cool. It was also the first time I wore shorts. Hello Spring! Have a great day Walkers.

    Just tripped over the line, showered and fell into bed but it is done :)

    Goal: 11 miles/week broken down 3-2-1-2-3 ... 3 miles Monday/Friday, 2 miles Tuesday/Thursday, and 1 mile on Wednesday. I walked 3 miles yesterday and 2 miles today = 5 miles down and 6 to go! :)

    I am new here (just joined this group about 5 minutes ago), but not new to the Walk at Home program. I am going to join right in the May Challenge and shoot for 100 miles. I already have 12 via Leslie's Just Walk, Walk Away Your Waistline, and a couple of the 1 mile FB videos she has posted. Best wishes everyone!

    37/100 My son was out of town so I took a walk in the back neighborhood and witnessed an amazing sunrise. What a great what to start a day. I completed 4.5 miles. I hoping to go hiking this afternoon and add a few more miles.

    sorry to be MIA, been busy at work and on my day off been working in the yard and kayaking with hubby. Camping season is here too. I am still walking and working towards my monthly goals. So happy to see so many new faces and the regulars!
