Goal: 11 miles/week broken down 3-2-1-2-3 ... 3 miles Monday/Friday, 2 miles Tuesday/Thursday, and 1 mile on Wednesday. I walked 3 miles yesterday and 2 miles today = 5 miles down and 6 to go!

I am new here (just joined this group about 5 minutes ago), but not new to the Walk at Home program. I am going to join right in the May Challenge and shoot for 100 miles. 37/100 My son was out of town so I took a walk in the back neighborhood and witnessed an amazing sunrise. What a great what to start a day. I completed 4.5 miles. I hoping to go hiking this afternoon and add a few more miles.0

sorry to be MIA, been busy at work and on my day off been working in the yard and kayaking with hubby. Camping season is here too. I am still walking and working towards my monthly goals. So happy to see so many new faces and the regulars!
