Finally on the board. I got in 1.8 miles of walking the past two days. Tomorrow, the plan is go to for a hike with our son for about 90 minutes. I'm not sure how far we'll make it in that amount of time, but it will be *something* - and then on the bike on Monday. WOOT!

As for me, between a bike ride to church this morning and a very hot run this afternoon, I am finally back in the green.0 -
Went to do a favor for a person in need, helping them move. Well my left knee wound up a bloody mess and swollen. Just debrided and got the junk out, slapped some Neosporin on, gave it a good wrap and went riding today. Painful but got some miles in. Happy Mothers Day to all of us mothers out there.
