    Went to do a favor for a person in need, helping them move. Well my left knee wound up a bloody mess and swollen. Just debrided and got the junk out, slapped some Neosporin on, gave it a good wrap and went riding today. Painful but got some miles in. Happy Mothers Day to all of us mothers out there.

    05/08 - 3.0 miles cycling (turbo trainer, saddle fitting)
    05/08 - 6.0 miles cycling
    05/09 - 15.0 miles cycling (Giro challenge stage 1)
    05/10 - 9.0 miles cycling (Giro Challenge stage 2)

    Total: 114.0 miles

    Walked w/DH and Bean this morning then shopped, made soup and chopped stuff for a big salad. The kids came over for dinner and a movie. It was great! The weather was perfect today.
