Spicy Tuna Salad (115 cal.) Big Bowl Worthy!!

1 can Tuna in Water (drained)
2 cups Iceberg Lettuce or Spinach (shredded)
1 spear Dill Pickle (diced)
1 slice Green Apple (diced)
1 slice Red Onion (diced)
generous sprinkle of Celery Seeds

Add to taste:
Yellow Mustard
Any 0 cal. Hot Sauce (my favorite is Valentina's) Beware of Siracha *has calories*
Black Pepper
granulated Garlic
Ginger powder

Toss everything together... awesome heat and crunch!

Keep lettuce separate if taking to work.

Low in carbs AND sodium (surprisingly).
