I bought a few in the beginning, but haven't use any of the recipes. I have found the Launch Pad to be the best resource for recipes that have been tried by real people.

    My two favorites are:

The Ultimate Low-Carb Diet Cookbook - Donna Pliner Rodnitzky
The Low-Carb Cookbook - Fran McCullough

I've had them both for YEARS so I don't kniw if they can still be easily found.

Www.ibreatheimhungry.com has good recipes books usually on offer as has ketodietblog. Pinterest has loads but you do have to check it is actually low carb. Good luck with everything. Keep us updated! ☺

Internet has been a great resource for me! I'll type in a recipe I'm interested in (i.e. mac n' cheese) and then write Keto before or after. I can usually find an alternative or inspiration to make what I'm looking for! P.S. If you haven't made the bacon explosion and you're looking for a GREAT recipe: http://cavemanketo.com/bacon-mother-ing-explosion/

Wow the bacon explosion looks amazing!! I went to the bookshop today and bought River Cottage Light & Easy, Nom Nom Paleo, The Art of Eating Well and Deliciously Ella. They all looked like beautiful and inspiring books - the last one isn't specifically low carb but has some nice recipes. Just made sea bass fillets with courgette ribbons and white wine cream sauce for dinner and feel very full and happy to have had a lovely meal.

I also find that Amazon frequently runs Free e-book specials on certain books...so keeping a search going there is helpful if you don't mind an e-book over a traditional paper book.

I also find that the more familiar you get with eating this way, the easier it is to visualize tweaks to all your normal favorite recipes!

That Bacon Explosion, @Fat4Fuel2, looks like way too much effort for what would likely end up as only one meal for my guy and I. He is a huge meat fan, and mainly ends up doing IF, and eats one HUGE main meal for dinner... This would probably end up maybe having one meal worth of leftovers for us...

P.S. I have so got to find a cheaper option for bacon wanting to make this stuff all the time! LOL
