37/100 My son was out of town so I took a walk in the back neighborhood and witnessed an amazing sunrise. What a great what to start a day. I completed 4.5 miles. I hoping to go hiking this afternoon and add a few more miles.0

sorry to be MIA, been busy at work and on my day off been working in the yard and kayaking with hubby. Camping season is here too. I am still walking and working towards my monthly goals. So happy to see so many new faces and the regulars!

I may have to revise my goal for this month as I underwent emergency abdominal surgery on Wednesday! Geez, talk about things coming out of the blue! It really messed with my miles until they got me up walking and I really made Leslie proud with my 5 mile hospital walk-without any arm movements though. If you did not believe Leslie before, I can vouch for the fact that movement of the arms upwards definitely uses your abs as mine do not like it at all at the moment! :laugh: Life throws us some fun curves does it not? I am walking, though not as strong as I was a couple of weeks ago!

It is so great to see everyone staying and getting fit. I'm loving the Ultimate 5 Day Walk plan. So far I'm at 16/40 miles for May. I even brought a couple of dvds on vacation.0

I been away for awhile, but I'm back. My goal is 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week. I walked outdoors for 30 minutes0

I belonged to this group before, but I left last year when I started other workouts and didn't use Leslie Sansone workouts as much. I started working two jobs and my workouts have come to a screeching halt! I am back here to commit to workouts and to have some accountability and much needed support.
I will start by committing to 15 miles for the remainder of May.0 -
