Struggles or successes of your week: Not to overdo it/Not to get frustrated. I've got a lot of weight riding on these joints, and sometimes it frustrates me when I can't do a certain exercise, or I walk slower than other people. I fight that mental game and have to remind myself that I'm doing something. Successes for the week, I didn't think I'd be able complete the Game of Thrones challenge, but I did.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: Ugh. Indulging in cravings. Too much restaurant food.
I have been serious about my new PT routine, getting it done every day - but it is a lot of stretching and very small movements. Nothing that gets my heart racing. So not a lot of calorie burn. And I don't want to do any of my classes until I get clearance from my therapist/doctor. So, my only really workouts are walking. I did do over 70,000 steps last week. But that was mostly due to 2 days (Fri: 16,000; Sat: 14,000).
I did my strength training 2x last week. Fridays are just hard for me to get anything else in due to my work schedule.
I won't make it to 271 this month. But I would like to make it to 279. I just have to stop shoving c*** in my mouth.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: girlie issues. Never fails. Stupid water weight. My knee actually feels pretty good and I walked on the treadmill. It probably helps that I don't have to go up stairs. I'm doing almost an hour of cardio 3 times a week and I need to incorporate some strength traing in there too. Hoping for a better week next week.

Struggles or successes of your week: I did much better at eating what I was supposed to eat this week with only 2 over indulgent moments. Exercising didn't happen as much as I would like, but I've been using the stairs a lot more than the elevator at work Hopefully that balanced it out.0 -

I didn't make my monthly goal, due to those sucky two middle weeks, but a 9 pound loss for the month is perfectly acceptable to me.0 -

Was out of town for vacation from 4/18 to 4/27 (National Parks across the SW, Hiking, some camping, etc). Didn't really do so great on tracking; tried to log everything, but with the extra time driving, and time without cell reception, I wasn't able to log immediately a lot of the time so I am sure that I missed things.
I weighed in on Thursday (my normal weigh day) on a hotel bathroom scale; we'll see on the 30th if that was the correct reading, or if I didn't lose last week...0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: Stayed very busy the past two weekends. We've been helping my boyfriends grandma move. Lots of carrying heavy things like pianos, china hutch, king sized mattress,boxes, ect. His grandma also gave us a king size bed that she didn't have room for in her new house. So we had to carry that up the stairs to our apartment. And carry our old queen size down and to the dumpsters. I went on Monday and got a membership to Gold's Gym. I LOVE their cinema room. I ended up walking on the treadmill a lot longer just because I wanted to see the end of the movie. Also got in the hot tub, which felt wonderful after my workout!0 -

Apparently the hotel scale was wrong, and I did a pitiful job logging while on vacation. I'm holding the hope that some of the gained weight is water weight, and that the scale is off some. I'm disappointed in myself, and will have to redouble my efforts now that things are back to normal.0 -

Weighed again today and it was 309.4, about 5 pounds was water weight, etc.@ScrAgnX All the stress of driving, staying in places that aren't home, etc, it's quite likely. Don't beat yourself up over it!
I try not to beat myself up about vacations, etc. But if I eat more when I'm not wanting to make the effort to track that worries me that my dedication is lower than I think, and that would mean problems for maintenance.0 -
