Weather's getting warmer here. Already muggy and 70 when I left for work at 5 AM today. Hope everyone had a good weekend and is ready to keep moving!!!

Up and out the door in a sec...as you may or may not know, I just moved and have a great place to walk the dog...a whole lotta grass...(I live in the desert so this is wonderful)...and Ernestine, my mutt, is so happy.
Just under 40 miles to date.
I am so focused on getting to my weight goal and I know all this walking is, of course, making a difference. I am here with you guys for the long haul.

Even though I am doing this with a friend (who is beating my butt) it is really hard, we challenged each other to get busy and get 260 miles for the month - we both still struggle with the weekends! There are only so many trips to the mall you can make.
